We aim to cater for the needs of our guests in our three bedroom bed and breakfast establishment. All bedrooms are located on the first floor which is accessed via the main staircase. The following provides a summary of our provision, should you have any further queries please do not hesitate to ask.

Pre-arrival
• We are situated some five miles from the town of Louth.
• There is no regular bus service to the village of Muckton
• Please advise at time of booking of any special dietary requirements
• We can be contacted by telephone and email

On Arrival
• No marked parking bays, but there is ample room for all cars
• The parking area is flat with concrete, tarmac and gravel surfaces
• Lock-up facilities available for bicycles and motor cycles
• We can assist guests with luggage
• There are no amenities in the village, although there are several public houses and restaurants within a short distance
• Guests are offered tea/coffee on arrival and breakfast requirements are discussed

Main entrance, reception and public areas
• The front door is reached by three (3) steps 2cms, 7 cms and 11 cms high
• The entrance hall has a tiled floor with three rugs
• Both the guests’ sitting room and the dining room have carpeted floors with large central rugs
• The first floor is reached by a semi-spiral staircase which is carpeted. There are seventeen (17) steps.
• The steps are approximately nineteen (19) cm high, the depth and width varies

Bedrooms
• The Yellow Room is a double furnished with period furniture (the bed is modern), it has an ensuite bathroom with lavatory, washbasin and bath, the bath has grab-handles. Fitted short pile carpet, two easy chairs.
• The Pink Room is also a double with an ensuite shower room, with lavatory, washbasin and walk-in shower cubicle. Fitted short pile carpet, one easy chair and two bedroom chairs.
• The Twin Room has two single beds, fitted short pile carpet and two chairs. It has a separate private bathroom. The bathroom has two steps down which are approximately eighteen (18) cms deep. Grab rails are positioned beside the bath and the steps. There is a lavatory, washbasin and bath with shower over.

Garden
• Guests are welcome to enjoy the front and side gardens which contain seats.
